Welcome to Window Cleaning Magic LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting service, booking an appointment, submitting a form, or interacting with our website, phone system, or messaging systems, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

If something here feels straightforward — that’s on purpose.

1. Services Provided

Window Cleaning Magic LLC provides professional window cleaning and related exterior services, including but not limited to:

Residential window cleaning
Storefront and route window cleaning
Screen cleaning
Track and seal cleaning
Ceiling fan and light fixture cleaning
Glass restoration (when applicable)

Services are performed according to the scope agreed upon at the time of quoting or scheduling.

2. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are based on the information provided by the customer
Final pricing may change if conditions differ from what was disclosed (extra windows, heavy buildup, access issues, etc.)
Estimates are not guarantees unless explicitly stated in writing
Glass restoration and specialty services may require separate pricing or follow-up visits

We’re fair — but we’re not psychic.

3. Scheduling & Access

Customers agree to provide safe and reasonable access to all areas requiring service, including:

Clear access to windows
Secured pets
Accessible gates or entry points

If we arrive and cannot safely or reasonably perform the work, the appointment may be rescheduled or canceled, and a service fee may apply.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee
Weather-related reschedules are handled at our discretion for safety and quality

Rain happens. Poor planning doesn’t have to.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We proudly offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee:

If you are not satisfied with our work, notify us within 7 days of service completion, and we will return to address the issue at no charge.

If we can’t make it right, you don’t pay. Simple as that.

6. Rain Guarantee

We offer a 7-Day Rain Guarantee on exterior window cleaning:

If rain affects the quality of the clean within 7 days, we’ll return and touch it up
This does not apply to pre-existing stains, mineral deposits, or glass damage

Rain we’ll fix. Hard water from 1998? Different story.

7. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed
Accepted payment methods may include card, ACH, cash, or invoice
Unpaid balances may result in late fees or suspension of future services

We clean windows, not balance sheets.

8. Damage & Liability

We are fully insured
Customers must notify us of any damage concerns within 48 hours of service
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, faulty seals, old glass, loose frames, or improperly installed windows

Old windows sometimes act old. We’re gentle — but honest.

9. Glass Condition Disclaimer

Certain conditions are not caused by cleaning and cannot always be corrected, including:

Hard water stains
Scratches or etching
Oxidation
Failing window seals

Cleaning improves clarity — it does not reverse time.

10. Use of Automation & Communication

By contacting us, you agree to receive service-related communications via phone, text, email, or voicemail.

Message and data rates may apply
You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP\n
Calls may be recorded or transcribed for quality and documentation

No spam. Just business.

11. Website Use

All content on our website is owned by Window Cleaning Magic LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Use the site like a decent human being — that’s the rule.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Window Cleaning Magic LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service performance or website use.

We show up, we do the job right, and we stand behind it — but we can’t control everything under the sun.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
